If You Have Received the Wrong Items or Defective Items:

If you have received incorrect items or if the items are defective, please email info@inmyaura.com to discuss this further.

Returns if You Are Not Satisfied:

If you are not satisfied with the items received, you can return them within 30 days of receipt, provided they are in their original and saleable condition.

Once returned, you are entitled to a full refund, excluding the return shipping costs. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to be used or opened, or that are not in their original condition.

Return Conditions and Guidelines:

All returned items must be unused, unopened, and in their original plastic packaging. We are not responsible for the return shipping costs. Please ensure all returned items are well-packaged to avoid damage during transit. Make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for items that are damaged or lost during the return shipment. Ensure the return form is approved – without approval, your return may not be processed.
